The electric operating bed is powered by electro-hydraulic pressure. The control structure consists of the control switch, the speed regulating valve and the solenoid valve. The hydraulic power source is provided by the electro-hydraulic gear pump to control the reciprocating motion of each two-way hydraulic cylinder, and the operation bed is controlled by the handle button. The bed is transformed into various positions, such as lifting, tilting left and right, tilting forward and backward, lifting the waist and back, moving and fixing, etc., so as to meet the requirements of surgical operation.
The hydraulic system has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, low noise, stable control, easy installation and overall layout. The hydraulic system includes fuel tank, check valve, solenoid valve, relief valve, bladder accumulator, pressure gauge, throttle valve, and cylinder, etc. The capsule accumulator can be used as a power source to store pressurized oil and release energy when needed. Automatic compensation of pressure is achieved according to the pressure gauge. The drive motors are driven independently by their respective drivers. The bed is equipped with close-controlled bed controller on both sides, and various motion controls can be performed by the hand controller.
The parameters of the electric operating bed are controlled by the microprocessor. The microprocessor is coupled to the hydraulic and motor actuators via control drive section, and the hydraulic and motor actuators are used to perform various movements of the operating bed including: forward and backward movement, longitudinal movement, lifting motion, and bed surface rotation. The use of microprocessor design can simplify the circuit design, greatly reduce the line fault point and ensure the reliability of the action.
