Most of the electric operating beds use hydraulic cylinder or gas spring cylinder. The base of the bed is designed in a Y shape to ensure the highest stability and free space of the operating bed, allowing medical staff to approach the patient at zero distance. The operating bed should have very good mobility, with a four-wheel landing design, easy to move, and with a central mechanical brake, the casters are locked or loosened by the center of the foot lever. The bearings are all sealed and waterproof, easy to clean, and the water, blood and suture heads in the operation will never be wrapped in the bearings. The head-foot tilted and left-right tilted by simply pressing the head handle to obtain the clinically required position. Both the leg plate and the back plate joint have gas spring cylinder support structure, which makes various adjustments soft, silent, and vibration-free, and at the same time effectively protects the joint structure and prevents the patient from falling over.

According to the individual characteristics of the Chinese people, China's medical device industry standards stipulate that the operating bed is 2 m long and 0.48 m wide. The back inclination angle of the whole table is not less than 25°, the left and right inclination angle is not less than 20°, the fold angle on the headboard surface is not less than 30°, and the lower fold angle is not less than 45°, the fold angle on the back plate is not less than 80°, the angle between the back plate and the seat plate is not more than 90°, the lower fold angle is not more than 160°, the lower fold angle of the waist plate is not less than 90°, and the rise of waist bridge is not less than 0.12 m. At the same time, the industry standard also requires that the operating table products should adopt the two-legged plate surface structure as much as possible. The double-legged plank can be rotated to both sides in the same plane. After rotation, the angle between the inner side of the two-legged plank should not be less than 180 degrees. All adjustments adopt stepless change mode.
