The working process of the biochemical analyzer

- Apr 14, 2019-

All mechanical steps during the measurement process are performed by the microprocessor in accordance with the programmed procedure.

1. Sampling plus reagents and mixing

The sample tray rotates to bring the sample into the position to be tested, and the sample needle quantitatively draws the sample into the reaction cup; the reaction tray rotates; the reagent tray rotates to bring the required reagent bottle into the reagent suction position, and the reagent needle quantitatively absorbs the reagent into the reaction cup; the mixer stirs the liquid in the reaction cup evenly. Thereafter, the next sample is sequentially sampled, reagent added, and the like.

2. Insulation reaction and absorbance detection

The reaction disk rotates, and the liquid in the reaction cup is chemically reacted under constant temperature. When the reaction cup passes through the absorbance reflection window, an absorbance value is detected, and the absorbance value during the reaction is detected at a predetermined interval until the end of the total reaction. .

The analyzer can display or print the time-absorbance curve of the whole process of the reaction. From this curve, the speed and time of the chemical reaction and the time during which the reaction is linear can be observed and calculate, thus provide the basis for determining the type of the analytical and parameter settings, etc. .

3. Calculate and display or print the results

Calculate the results of a certain test item according to the readings of each metering point, and display or print out each item report. It can also display or print out the total of all items according to the specimen, that is, After the project specified by a sample to be tested is tested, display or print the test results.
