Operating environment of water production equipment for hemodialysis

- Jul 24, 2019-

The ambient temperature of the equipment room should be kept between 5 °C and 40 °C. It is forbidden to work in the environment above 40 °C for a long time, so as to avoid damage to electrical components caused by long-term work in high temperature environment.

The relative humidity of the equipment room should be kept between 30% and 80% to avoid damage to electrical components caused by static electricity or moisture.

The fluctuation of the power supply voltage should not exceed ±10% to avoid damage to electrical components due to excessive voltage fluctuations.

Maintain stable raw water pressure to prevent the equipment from being able to properly produce water due to insufficient raw water pressure, resulting in the inability to supply hemodialysis water.

Clear the original water requirements, pay attention to the raw water quality monitoring, so as not to timely dispose of the original water when the water quality suddenly changes, resulting in sudden drop in product water quality.

Keep the air circulation and cleanliness of the equipment room, and keep the drainage of the sewer unobstructed.

There should be no electromagnetic source near the equipment to avoid interference with the normal operation of the control system and cause the equipment to not work properly.
