During operation, the single-chip microcomputer system sends control pulse to rotate the stepping motor, and the stepping motor drives the screw to turn the rotary motion into linear motion, pushing the piston of the syringe to inject and infuse, achieving high-precision, smooth and pulseless liquid transmission. The injection speed can be set by the operator through keyboard operation. After the syringe pump is started, the CPU provides the motor drive voltage by means of D/A conversion. The motor rotation detecting circuit is a set of photoelectric coupling circuit, and a pulse signal is generated by the rotation of the motor, and the pulse signal is fed back to the CPU, and the CPU controls the motor voltage according to the feedback to obtain the set rotation speed.
According to the application, it can be divided into medical and non-medical, as well as laboratory micro-injection pumps and industrial syringe pumps.
